Questions about RFIQ

How to use our products

Q1. Can Vita Craft RFIQ cookware be used with IH (Induction Heating)
   manufactured by other companies?
Vita Craft RFIQ cookware can be used with any IH.
Use the RFIQ portable IH for automatic cooking. Do not use RFIQ cookware with an electric heat source, gas stove, microwave oven, oven or stove other than an IH cooking heater. Because Vita Craft RFIQ cookware is equipped with special parts, it may cause component failure.
Q2. Can Vita Craft RFIQ cookware be used with a gas stove?
No, it cannot. MI tags built into the handles will be damaged so that it may cause problems with automatic cooking in IH (Induction Heating) of RFIQ.
Q3. Can the Vita Craft RFIQ portable IH (Induction Heating) be used with any pot?
Use Vita Craft RFIQ cookware only for automatic cooking. Any cookware compatible with IH can be used for manual cooking.
Q4. Can I cook any other foods which are not on the recipe card with RFIQ automatic cooking?
No, you cannot. When using non-RFIQ cookware that is not specified on the recipe card, “protection from wrong pan” is activated, an error is displayed for one minute, and the power goes off.
Q5. Can I use automatic cooking when the amount of food is different from what is specifed on the recipe card?
You can cook with foods of 1/2 of amount specified on the recipe card, excluding some menus.
When the food in the cookware is less than 1/2, or more than, the specified amount, it may boil over, or cause unexpected results.
Q6. Can I use other foods for automatic cooking which are not specified on the recipe card?
Ordinarily, use the foods which are specified on the recipe card. You may use other foods which are similar to those which are specified on the recipe card, but it may cause unexpected results.
