Delicious rice cooking with a pot (White rice)

Wash the rice and leave it in the colander for 30 minutes before cooking.

Put water (10 % to 20 % more than the quantity of rice) and rice in the pot, cover with the lid, and heat over medium heat.

Turn down to extremly low heat when you see steam, and cook 15 more seconds. Refer to the cooking time in the chart to cook more.

Turn off the heat, and leave 10 more seconds.

- Wipe drops from the underside of the lid after stopping the heat to prevent the lid from sticking to the pot. Reheat the pot over medium heat to open the lid.
- Steam the rice on a wet cloth, so the rice will come off easily.
