Techniques and points

Waterless cooking Broccoli (nonleafy vegetables such as broccoli, string beans, asparagus, etc.)

step1

Wash broccoli well and separate it into a couple of pieces, then put it into the pot with 3 spoons of water (50 cc).

point
Root crops such as carrots and potatoes need 50 -100cc of water.

step2

Start with medium heat, but bring the heat down to low when steam comes out from the shoulder of the utensil to form a vapor seal (lid spins easily when you turn it), and cook for a couple of more minutes.

step3

Turn off the heat when the vegetables are cooked, and put them in a colander.
* Make necessary adjustments to the amounts of water and cooking time, because they vary according to type, amount and size of the vegetables.
* Check doneness of root crops with a skewer.
