Oilless cooking “Steak”

Heat the pan over medium heat with the lid on.

Pre-heat the pan when using oil or oil drawn out from the food. Heat the pan for 2 minutes at medium heat (700-1000W in the case of IH (Induction Heating)) until drops of water become balls rolling around in the pan.

Put the meat in the pan, cover with the lid and lower the heat.

No oil is necessary when cooking foods containing some fat. Meat may stick to the pan at first, but the fat will come out eventually.
Do not try to move the meat until the fat comes out. It may cause the food to burn.

Flip the meat over when the fat has been drawn out from the meat and the surface gets slightly burned. Turn the heat to medium.

Cook as you like.
Bring the heat down to low with the lid on, if you want it well-done. Take the lid off, turn the heat to medium and sprinkle on some water to finish.
