Waterless cooking Spinach (leafy vegetables such as spinach, mustard spinach, edible chrysanthemum, potherb mustard)

Wash spinach well and put it in the pot wet.

No need to add extra water because spinach contains enough water for cooking.

Cut the spinach in half when using a small pot, and put in the stems first and the leaves on top of them.

Start with medium heat. Turn down to low heat when you see steam, and cook 1 - 2 minute.

Turn the vegetables over when there is a large quantity.

Turn off the heat when the vegetables are cooked.
Rinse for natural color enhancement.

Make adjustments as necessary, because cooking time varies according to type, amount and size of the vegetables.
